After 10 years as the Executive Assistant Chef at Green Valley Cafe in St. Helena, Chef Israel opened his own restaurant named “Wine Valley Restaurant” in St. Helena. Refining his client and cuisine focus, he changed the name to “Vercelli Ristorante” and now his diners are finding it a special place. Every evening "cries of joy" are heard, as his long time clients get reacquainted with his great fare. His reputation speaks volumes and this is truly an experience not to be missed.
